Fees

How is the estate defined?

The estate is the total of all your assets less any outstanding debts and liabilities. This can include property, investments, bank accounts, art, households items, digital assets, books and more.

Can a will be contested?

A will can be contested due to a lack of due execution, lack of testamentary capacity, lack of knowledge and approval or undue coercion. If you suspect a will does not represent a deceased person's intentions please contact us for assistance.

What are your will fees?

Basic Single Will - £200.00
Basic Mirrored Wills - £300.00
Islamic Will - £300.00

What are your probate fees?

We can deal with as much or as little of the estate as you may require. If the estate is relatively simple, you may only require our assistance with obtaining the Grant. With more complex estates, we can fully administer the estate and here required, we can also act as executor.

Estate worth less than £325,000: £900 - £2,500
Estate worth more than £325,000: £1,500 - £5,000

Full Estate Administration Estate worth less than £325,000: £2,000 - £5,000
Estate worth more than £325,000: £3,000 - £7,500

Acting as Executors
Estate worth less than £325,000: £5,000 - £6,000
Estate worth more than £325,000: £7,500 - £10,000
