PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - LEGAL EXECUTIVE - PRESTON

We pride ourselves on our commitment to client satisfaction and the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for and expertise in Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Court of Protection applications. The successful candidate will be professional and personable and will possess the requisite compassion and sensitivity in assisting vulnerable clients at a difficult time in their lives.

Candidates will have the requisite experience to manage their own case load with minimal supervision. A minimum of 2 years PQE is required. SFE and STEP accreditation would be An advantage.

This is a full-time position with a salary to reflect the same dependent on your level of experience.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

To work in our busy residential conveyancing team. Your abilities will include:-

• Maintaining accurate, up to date and appropriate records
• Be able to handle a high volume of calls and respond in a timely and courteous manner
• Liaising with relevant parties both internally and externally to ensure that matters are progressed promptly
• Ensure a positive client experience through high quality client service and effective communication
• Accurately updating client details on the case management system
• Carry out all electronic ID checks

CONVEYANCERS

We are looking for conveyancing fee earners to manage a mixed caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

As a member of the firm’s established property team, you’ll benefit from a strong admin/post-completion support, a down-to-earth working culture, and training and development to help you reach your full potential.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, deal with and raise enquiries, and delegate relevant work to support staff.

Candidates should have relevant experience as a fee earner and will have managed varied conveyancing matters with little supervision.

Remuneration will be dependant on your experience and qualifications but will be very competitive.
